Never book a car service based solely on the rate.

Never assume the company you are hiring is insured.  You do not want to find after an incident that they either have no insurance or they are not insured as a public vehicle.  Every year in the State of RI  vehicles must be inspected.  This ensures that the vehicles are safe to transport passengers.  Would you ever accept a ride from a stranger?  That is why it is important to hire a reputable car service.  Their drivers must have valid licensing, clean driving records, Blue Card and trained.   Make sure they are registered with the Public Utilities Commission.   That tells you that the company follows state rules and regulations.
